Kellan and Dante's research about Tane Mahuta

They think Tane Mahuta is 2,500 years old. Tane Mahuta is the largest kauri tree in New Zealand. It is in Waipoua forest. It is on the west coast of the Northland region. They think it is 2,500 years old. Tane Mahuta means lord of the forest. During last year's drought 10,000 litres of water was sent to the tree from a nearby stream because the tree was dehydrated.
